I had been getting estimates from companies for roofing & siding for my townhouse. I came across window doctor while on google, I called and they were able to have someone come out imminently the same day. John was awesome, he definitely knows the products in and out. John also went above and beyond to do demonstrations of how the window operates & how much heat will be staying in my house rather then it escaping through the old windows & siding, and vice versa with A/C. No other company I had come out did even half the things window doctor did to make me feel comfortable In the decision I was making. There was NO pressure John was very reassuring and told me all of my options financially. The biggest surprise for me was at the end when John gave me the estimate the price was a lot less than the other estimates I received. Now that the windows and siding are installed I can definitely feel the difference with the heat not escaping the house, my house looks completely different and we’ve gotten so many compliments. I recently had my windows replaced and I’m really happy with how everything turned out.
The process was straightforward and everything was explained clearly without it feeling like a sales pitch.
Installation went smoothly. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and cleaned everything up before leaving.

Continuing issues post installation and communication has been extremely lacking. Called my sales representative multiple times with no call back.
Sales number of returned calls is masked and doesn’t resolve back to the salesperson.
Several excuses were given from as to why no contact had been returned. And I had to call every time to learn this.
I’ve finally spoken with Alside (the manufacturer and actual installer) and a resolution is in progress.
I’ll update my review when it’s completed.
Update: communication does seem to be improving after I raised concerns loudly enough to get attention. The work done has been very good. The issues are largely cosmetic and they are working with me to get them fixed.
